Plays submission sites

Books, movies, and concerts are all fine, but a great theatrical production is the best.  If you have a masterpiece just waiting to be staged or listed in a play catalog, these sites want to read your work!  These production companies accept submissions year-round!

Broadway Play Publishing Inc

Broadway Play Publishing Inc generally acquires plays after a “definitive” production on or Off-Broadway or at a professional regional theater.
We recognize, however, that only a limited number of plays have the good fortune to receive a major production and so maintain an open submission policy.

Brooklyn Publishers LLC

Brooklyn publishes plays and theatre books for teens and youth, and we specialize in scripts that are clean, yet have a cutting-edge quality. The genre of works we publish is broad and includes comedy, drama, mystery, fantasy, farce and melodrama from 10 to 120 minutes in length.

The Courtship of Winds

The Courtship of Winds publishes poetry, fiction, one-act short dramatic pieces, essays, photography, art, and short pieces of music.

Ego Actus

Authors may submit full length scripts for consideration to: EgoActusDesign@gmail.com

Eldridge Plays & Musicals

We welcome shows on all subjects; however, shows with explicit adult content or graphically defined situations do not fit our market. Pioneer Drama Service

We will only consider manuscripts with a running time between 15 minutes and two hours.  Submissions must be family-friendly in both subject and language.  Cursing and explicitly adult content should be kept to a minimum.  Playwrights should also be open to editorial expertise and oversight on these points.
We seek casts that are either balanced or favoring females.  The more gender-neutral roles, the better.  We favor plays and musicals with large casts, where more than just a few have a chance to shine.  Flexible cast sizes are also highly desirable.
